Level’d is a contractor calculator app designed to help users estimate, organize, and manage construction-related jobs.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you enter in the app
When you use Level’d, you may enter and save:
- Customer information
- Job details
- Notes
- Estimates
- Invoices
- Pricebook data
- Job photos

b) Account and sign-in information (optional)
If you choose to sign in (Google or Apple, where available), we may receive basic account information from the sign-in provider, such as:
- Unique account/user ID
- Email address
- Name/profile info (if provided by provider)

c) Subscription information
If you purchase Level’d Pro, subscription and purchase status is provided by the app store platform (Google Play and/or Apple App Store) to unlock paid features.

d) Support/feedback information
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message.

2. How We Use Information

We use data to:
- Save and display your jobs, calculations, invoices, and photos
- Sync your data across devices when cloud sync is enabled
- Verify Pro subscription access
- Provide account sign-in functionality
- Respond to support requests

3. Local Storage and Cloud Sync

- By default, app data is stored locally on your device.
- If you sign in and use sync features, your app data (including job photos) may be stored in cloud services connected to your account.
- If you do not sign in, your data remains local to your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Level’d uses third-party services required for core features:
- Firebase Authentication (sign-in)
- Firebase Cloud Firestore (cloud sync)
- Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase systems (subscriptions)
- Google/Apple identity providers for sign-in
- Your device email app when sending feedback

These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Permissions and Device Access

Depending on features you use, Level’d may request access to:
- Internet (for sign-in, subscription checks, and cloud sync)
- Camera (to capture job photos)
- Photos/Media files (to select/upload job photos)

Level’d does not request access to contacts, microphone, or location for current features.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.
We only use/share data with service providers necessary to run app features (such as authentication, sync, and subscription verification).

7. Data Retention and Deletion

- Local data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
- Cloud-synced data is tied to your signed-in account.
- To request deletion of cloud data, contact us at the email below.

8. Children’s Privacy

Level’d is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date.
